I agree with the Ironscale Shyvanna because dammit, redheads are hot. And her outfit, albeit tight, is not revealing at all, yet she looks really sexy on it.

FFVII AC outfit (because her big sword looks like Cloud’s Buster Sword) would cost Riot a FORTUNE on copyright/royalties by Square Enix, although it’s not a bad idea, considering how they emoe’d Cloud Strife’s personality tostrive for redemption, much like Riven’s. But it’s a good idea for a fan-created skin.

The game has to attract male audiences, in any possible way. Guess why all the characters are finely shaped females with good assets? (Not counting the Yordles or Annie…sick bastards.) Miss Fortune is the more whoreized champ of all, hell if you read her lore one year ago, she had to “use every trick to survive”, much like on Talon’s background. That sounded SO BAD that it HAD to be changed. (Besides some innuendos on her quotes, her tongue sticked out, and most of her outfits being completely revealing.). Even if Lux were also one of the most covered females out there, one /joke throws all her “purity” away: “Double Rainbow? What does that mean?”. Have you heard her voice’s tone on that one…? Just sayin’.

I’m neutral to this. If Riot wants to give her that skin, so be it. Skins, not counting of course the Crimson Elite/Commandos and URF ones, are not lore wise, and are only meant for fun/fanservice material. Would you imagine one of Zaun’s ex-greatest alchemists, bent on death and decay, poisoning and cruelty, DRESS UP LIKE A GRANDMA WITH A PURSE AND ALL? Or a creature born from black magicks and people’s fears use party-themed items to bring death? Please…you take this way too seriously and personal. Just chill down.

Riven is still troubled on thoughts while on the fields (“My hands are stained…”, “So much death”, “Burdens of the past.”) and yet she shows a Lawful Evil side of her: “Violence to end violence”, “To serve the greater good.”, “A necessary strike”, “Sacrifices must be made”, “There is no other way.”, “You are beyond redemption!” (my heart cracks at the H.I.M. song that reminds me of my ex…)

So, yeah, Riot shows only love and respect for the lore on the Journal of Justice, but not on the game itself. Riven is one of my favourite females on the league, just because her personality is much like mine’s OOC, but I don’t get this skin as an offense. Just chill down and learn to deal with it.))

((I’m not gonna mingle into the discussion too much, but something really irks me. Riven isn’t a Zaunite, she’s Noxian. It’s in her story and on the wiki too. As a lorefag, I really just had to point this out I’m sorry. ;_;

On the subject of the skin itself, I am a little annoyed that it’s being released. But not because it’s too revealing or degrading or whatever. I mean, with skins like Officer Cait and almost every MF skin, we should be used to this by now right? But I’m mainly annoyed because Riven is a fairly recent champion. And with that, Fizz too. I’m a little bummed about the fact that these champions get new skins, while champions like Swain, Udyr, Trundle and Soraka still didn’t get anything. Certainly, this is the better marketing strategy, but remains a little disappointing… That’s all!))

Hmm, true. Karman nods. I almost feel a little sad about the magic wearing off, I’m finally getting used to this! … Plus, the height boost is very convenient, reaching the upper shelves in my home has never been easier. He chuckles.
